We will endeavor to ship Same Day for all orders received before midday. Otherwise orders are shipped the next Business day. We ship within Australia only please refer to below table for delivery times.
LUXE Fashion House will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss of damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure your postage address is correct on purchase, we recommend using an address where you will be available within working hours. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for your items once they have been delivered to the address provided.
All shipping is fully traceable, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. Please contact us if you are concerned as to the whereabouts of your order.

If you are not satisfied with your Luxe Fashion House order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order and you will be issued with a Store Credit. We do not approve returns for sale or clearance items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, we will issue a store credit. We offer refunds for faulty items only. The cost of the return postage to Luxe Fashion House is the responsibility of the customer.
No returns will be accepted without written approval by Luxe Fashion House via email.
LUXE Fashion House reserves the right to refuse a return, the decision is final and is non-negotiable.
Requests for returns need to be advised within 2 days for Change of Mind and within 14 days for Faulty Items, of the order being received.

- Photograph for fault (if applicable)
You will receive an email with your Return Requirements. Please ensure you follow this process to minimise delays.
All approved returns must be received by LUXE Fashion House within 14 days of receiving your order.
All garments must be in NEW CONDITION: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from any odours and stains and with original tags attached for them to be accepted. A copy of the Original Receipt must be enclosed in the Return Parcel to ensure your return is processed correctly.

We recommend posting returns via Registered Post as LUXE Fashion House will not take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
Upon receiving your returned parcel, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be issued a Store Credit or a Refund to your original payment method; less shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive an email with the Return Approval.
All items at Luxe Fashion House are thoroughly inspected and approved prior to packaging, however sometimes faults can slip through. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Faulty garments must be a fault by the manufacturer. For example, a button is missing, button comes off when trying on the garment, seam comes undone when trying on the garment; these are manufacture faults. Garment damage whilst wearing the garment or a fault resulting from failing to follow recommended care instructions may not be classified as faulty by manufacturer.
If you believe you have received a faulty item contact us within 14 days of receipt and follow the returns process. Make sure to include photographs of the fault to minimise delays.
Online Store Credits have an expiry date of 3 months from issue, they are for online purchases only.

LUXE Fashion House is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from wholesalers or other customer who intend to resell the products offered. We reserve the right to request verification or information before accepting any order. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. LUXE Fashion House reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and/or supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with product availability and an acceptable method of payment received.
